eMathArt is operated by an individual at emathart.com. By using the site you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use it. These terms may change; the date above shows when they last did, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
Entertainment only
This is the most important term on the page.
Numerology is a traditional system of interpretation, not a science. It has no evidential basis as a method of prediction. Everything eMathArt produces — calculated numbers, written interpretations, compatibility readings, conversational readings from AI Bei, and the guides — is provided for entertainment and general interest only.
Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or career advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment. Do not use it to decide anything that matters, and do not use it in place of a qualified professional. If a reading raises something that worries you, speak to someone equipped to help.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 13 years old to use eMathArt, and at least 16 to create an account. The site is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect their information.
Accounts
You may create an account to save readings and game progress. If you do:
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly at ghost.story.channel2023@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into it.
- You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time. See the privacy policy.
Accounts that are used to break these terms may be suspended or removed.
Free use and its limits
Readings and chat are free, within usage limits that differ for guests and signed-in users and are shown in the app. These limits keep the site affordable to run, and they may change without notice. There is no guarantee that any particular feature will keep working, or that the site will be available uninterrupted.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl or bulk-request readings, or try to get round the usage limits.
- Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its infrastructure.
- Submit other people's personal information without a good reason to have it.
- Republish the site's written guides wholesale as your own.
- Present readings from this site to other people as professional advice, or resell them as such.
- Interact with the advertising in any way the advertising network prohibits, including clicking your own ads if you are an operator of the site.
Content and ownership
The written guides, artwork, code and design of eMathArt belong to its operator. You are welcome to read, print and share links, and to quote short passages with attribution and a link. Wholesale republication needs permission — ask, and it is often given.
The underlying numerological methods are traditional and belong to nobody.
What you type stays yours. Saving a reading to your account grants only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you.
Advertising and affiliate links
eMathArt carries advertising served by Google AdSense, and links to an Etsy storefront from which it may earn on qualifying purchases. Adverts are supplied by a third party and their presence is not an endorsement. Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy's terms, not these.
Third-party services
The site relies on services run by others, including Google Firebase for hosting and accounts, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and a language model provider for AI Bei. Their handling of data is set out in the privacy policy. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience and their content is not ours to control.
No warranty
eMathArt is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. The site does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading is accurate, complete or fit for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of eMathArt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of your use of the site — including any decision you make on the basis of a reading.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Ending your use
You may stop using the site and delete your account whenever you like. Access may be suspended or withdrawn for anyone who breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should outlive the arrangement — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability — survive it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
