Privacy Policy

About This Policy

This policy explains what eMathArt ("we", "the site") collects when you use emathart.com, who else receives that data, and what you can do about it. It covers the numerology calculators, the AI Bei chat, the game, and the article pages.

The site is a personal project. Readings are provided for entertainment and reflection - they are not advice, and no reading should be used to make medical, financial, or legal decisions.

Third Parties That Receive Your Data

The site relies on outside services to work. Each one receives only what it needs, but they are separate companies with their own privacy policies:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed here.

Cookies, Advertising and Local Storage

Google Analytics and Google AdSense set their own cookies in your browser. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses advertising data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice at any time.

The site also keeps a few small values in your browser's local storage, which never leave your device: your chosen language, the movements you tick on the Home Office Fitness page, whether you dismissed the "install app" prompt, and your votes on the game page. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Why We Are Allowed To Use It

We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, on the performance of a contract to give you the account and readings you asked for, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the free tier fair and the site secure. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

How Long We Keep It

Account and profile data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Usage counters and visit records are kept while they are useful for limiting abuse and understanding traffic. Google Analytics and AdSense keep their own data according to Google's retention rules.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. You can edit or clear your profile at any time from the Profile screen in the menu, and clearing your browser data removes everything stored on your device.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Where Your Data Goes

Our providers operate servers in several countries, including the United States, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Those transfers rely on the safeguards each provider puts in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
